Today , I am going to speak in English and talk about health
care. Hehehe. Sajeee
For me, health is important because when we are healthy, we
can enjoy life. To be healthy, we must eat balanced meals. We must eat more
vegetables and fresh fruit, and less fast food and processed food. We should
limit our intake of sugar and salt. We should also avoid dehydration and
cleanse our system by drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily. Is it true guys?
Besides, sleep might be a
simple matter. Yet, there are many people who suffer from all kinds of
illnesses because they do not have enough rest. The old saying “early to bed,
early to rise” is definitely worth considering. When we are rested, we feel
fresh and energetic. We can then concentrate on work effectively ;) .
All of us should exercise daily. Exercise
improves blood circulation and helps to relieve stress. Simple exercises such
as going a brisk walk, jogging, cycling and etc will do wonders for our body
(ada pulak word etc). I think having an
interesting hobby is also stimulating. It lends meaning to our lives. Hobbies
such as fishing, reading and stamp-collecting do not require much money right?.
Furthermore, they provide attitude in life. A bright and cheerful outlook helps
us to get through life’s problems better.
That is all from me. Eheheh. Our
health is in our hands! So treasure it
